Cancellation Policy

Classes (live or online) & online appointments: You may cancel and reschedule for another class or service minimum 12 hours before class starts. Cancellations that occur in less than 12 hours cannot be rescheduled. Gym appointments + home visits: You may cancel and reschedule for another class or service minimum 24 hours before class starts. Cancellations that occur in less than 24 hours cannot be rescheduled. Special events: Masterclasses, Parties and ZIN™ Jam Sessions: no refunds or rescheduling available regardless the reason No refunds unless the service is cancelled by the instructor.
