BIOGRAPHY

Lina is a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in both personal & group training.  Lina previously owned and managed her own fitness studio in Athens, Greece but always had a dream to move to London to pursue her career and passion.

​

As well as being an Honours graduate in Psychology from the University of Athens, Lina also holds a graduate Certificate in Applied Counselling & Communication Skills. She continued her education and studies and obtained her qualifications in Fitness and Nutrition coaching, combining all three dimensions of wellbeing: mental health, exercise & nutrition.

​

Lina is passionate about creating tailor made exercise programs for her clients, focusing on their needs, working closely with her clients to help them set achievable goals and incorporate fitness into their new way of life. 

​

Additionally, Lina is a Zumba® Instructor and Jammer, licensed in creating new choreographies for other Zumba® instructors around the world, a role that allows her to be creative and broaden their skills.  As an international presenter, Lina has collaborated with well-known Zumba® Education Specialists and Beto Perez, the creator of Zumba® himself.
