We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. LOWER BACK PAIN RELIEF CLASS
A gentle workout to release the tension your lower back may experience. A small group training class that requires you to have a camera on during livestream.
