- Nearest station: Elephant & Castle, also easily accesible on foot from Southwark or Waterloo station.
- Changing rooms and showers are available but strictly till 5.45pm. Gym closes at 6pm
- Bring a bottle of water to refill, a towel and clothes to change - we are going to SWEAT!
