About the event
First Zumba® Class with ZJ™ Lina at LSBU! Starting on March 18th, you will find her there every Saturday at 11am for your hourly Zumba® party open to all! BUT this weekend is special!
Enjoy a second, STRONG Nation® class with Master Trainer™ Sabrina Ferro and guest instructor Adrian Borozescu at 2:30pm ONLY FOR THIS SATURDAY to celebrate Mother's Day. A wonderful mobility surprise at the end will make you feel simply incredible!
You can all join without any previous experience, all you need is a towel, a bottle of water and extra clothes to change (you are going to sweat!)
* ZIN™ members, you are in for a TREAT! Stay for FREE after the Zumba® class 12-1pm for a full hour of mentoring and networking! Lina is here to help you grow, answer your questions, improve your teaching skills! Contact her if you wish to also participate in class (up to 3 guest instructors in every class)
* These classes are not included in the LSBU membership but everyone can join either with a single ticket (£10) or a combination of both classes (£15) . Stay tuned as more things are coming up!
