11-12pm Zumba® Class with ZJ™ Lina - Your weekly Saturday Zumba® party - open to all! BUT this weekend is special!
Enjoy a second, STRONG Nation® class with Master Trainer™ Sabrina Ferro and guest instructor Adrian Borozescu at 12pm ONLY FOR THIS SATURDAY. A wonderful mobility surprise at the end will make you feel simply incredible!
You can all join without any previous experience, all you need is a towel, a bottle of water and extra clothes to change (you are going to sweat!)
* ZIN™ members, you are in for a TREAT! Come at 10am before class for a full hour of mentoring and networking! Lina is here to help you grow, answer your questions, improve your teaching skills! Contact her if you wish to also participate in class (up to 3 guest instructors in every class)
* These classes are not included in the LSBU membership but everyone can join either with a single ticket (£10) or a combination of both classes (£15) . The Zumba® class is included in all pricing plans found on the website. If you are a member, simply book the regular class and redeem your plan!
