ABOUT LINA TELIS

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

ZUMBA® FITNESS

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

NUTRITION COACHING

I approach coaching by listening to my clients' needs and what they want to accomplish, learning how they live, discovering what's really important to them, and working together to create the right nutrition and exercise approach based on their goals and lifestyle.

Then I coach them through the process, helping with the inevitable roadblocks along the way to success.

I started working out with Lina a few months after giving birth to my second child. I was overweight and completely demotivated. Lina was recommended to me by a friend. She managed to change my outlook on training after just a few sessions! She is super fun to work with; at the same time, she is a professional who knows her job very well and she will always push you to your limits. What I found most amazing was that she always know how much you can handle and she will never push you to do something you're not ready for; she'll help you get there eventually. After training with her for just a few months, I shed all the baby weight and to be honest, I really started enjoying our workouts. Thank you for everything Lina, you ROCK!
